Queensland CTP portal treatment plans
Steps for providers to submit treatment plans through the Queensland CTP portal:
- log in to, or register for, the Queensland CTP portal
- complete all sections of the Online treatment plan
- use the digital signature function to sign the form
- upload any additional supporting documentation, such as doctor referrals, treatment records or outcome measures
- select Submit. The treatment plan will be securely delivered to the CTP insurer.
The CTP insurer will communicate a decision within 10 calendar days of receipt. You may contact the insurer at any time if you have questions or concerns about the injured person’s rehabilitation.
