MAIC Exchange digital platform pilot launches

The Motor Accident Insurance Commission (MAIC) recently launched pilot testing of a secure insurer reporting platform: MAIC Exchange. All licensed CTP insurers are currently piloting the new cost and claim sharing reporting functionality.

The new platform is more than a secure notification system. It’s the first step in a comprehensive redesign aimed at making interactions between MAIC and insurers, quicker, easier, and more secure.

Insurers will be able to provide feedback within the new system, helping to co-design new features and improvements.

The pilot runs from 3 November to 30 January 2026, during which MAIC will actively gather insights and refine the platform to meet user needs.
